Last July, I wrote about Barrel Oak Winery in Delaplane. Since that time, there have been a few changes, but BOW just keeps getting better. A new room was added where the Sangria Shack was last summer, with a tasting bar dedicated to group tastings. A wood-burning stove and some leather couches, plus tables and chairs, add to the winery’s indoor seating capacity, and garage-style doors give the option of opening the room to the patio when the weather improves.
